Preparation

  • Mix the olive oil, oregano, thyme, and garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.

Cooking

  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C. Experiment with different herbs like basil or parsley for a unique twist.
