Ingredients

Pasta and Mix

  • 3 cups pasta Any type of pasta can be used.
  • 4 pieces boiled eggs Chopped for mixing.
  • 1/2 cup mayo Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits Pre-cooked bacon bits can also work well.
  • 1 tbsp mustard Add extra flavor if desired.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until tender.
  • While the pasta cooks, chop the boiled eggs and set them aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, chopped eggs, mayo, bacon bits, and mustard until well combined.

Chill

  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve cold, pairs well with grilled meats. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If the pasta soaks up the dressing, add a little extra mayo before serving.
