  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 2 cups white sauce Store-bought white sauce can be used.
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen If using frozen, ensure it is thawed and drained.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Additional cheese can be added for extra richness.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a baking dish, layer the lasagna noodles, followed by white sauce and shredded chicken.
  • Add a layer of spinach and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella cheese on top.

Baking

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese, if desired.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

To serve, cut into squares or rectangles and garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or basil. Serve warm with a side salad or garlic bread. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
