Preparation

  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, milk, vinegar, and a pinch of salt together to make the dressing.
  • Add the cooled macaroni and diced pineapple to the dressing. Mix well until everything is coated.
  • Chill the salad in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
