  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with blue cheese dressing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Reserve half for topping.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions Optional for garnish.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until well blended.
  • Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and green onions, if using.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks. For a hearty meal, spoon onto baked potatoes or mix with pasta. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
