  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional) Add for freshness and color

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm.
