Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake

  • 1 package chocolate cheesecake mix Use high-quality for best results
  • 1 cup Bailey's Irish Cream Can be substituted with milk or non-alcoholic syrup
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Chilled before whipping for better volume

For the Layers

  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs Used for layering
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache Optional for drizzling on top
  • to taste na Chocolate shavings or curls For garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, prepare the chocolate cheesecake mix according to package instructions, substituting Bailey's Irish Cream for some of the liquid.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until combined.

Layering

  • In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer the chocolate cookie crumbs, followed by the cheesecake mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheesecake on top.
  • Drizzle chocolate ganache on top, if desired, and garnish with chocolate shavings or curls.

Chilling

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap, best enjoyed within 2 days for optimal flavor and texture. Not recommended to freeze.
