  • 1 unbaked 9-inch unbaked 9-inch pie crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped Toast for enhanced flavor
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar Adjust to taste for a sweeter pie
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans.
  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes
