Ingredients
  

For the brownie layer

  • 1 stick 113 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup 200 g granulated sugar
  • 1 cup 85 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cheesecake layer

  • 1 cup 240 g cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened to avoid lumps.
  • 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream
  • 1 cup 240 g caramel sauce Use homemade or store-bought based on preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the brownie is cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days. You can freeze slices for up to 2 months, tightly wrapped.
