  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese Make sure to let it soften for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Add more if needed for consistency.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For garnishing as well.

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste To enhance the flavor.

Garnish

  • Chopped parsley For garnish before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess fat.

Sauce

  • Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
  • Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream, cooking until melted and combined.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Combine

  • Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
  • Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a splash of cream if needed. For extra flavor, sauté onions and bell peppers with the beef.
