No-Bake Pistachio Delight

Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with digestive biscuits or any preferred crumb.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can substitute with thawed whipped topping if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped Toasted pistachios add extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch round baking pan to form a crust.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the vanilla extract and chopped pistachios to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan, spreading it evenly.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Serving

  • Once set, slice into squares and serve chilled.
  • Optional: Top with extra pistachios, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It can be frozen if wrapped securely to prevent freezer burn.
