Ingredients

Essential Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings Preferably organic
  • 3 tablespoons Fish Sauce For authentic umami flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce To add depth
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For sweetness
  • 2 limes Lime Juice For a tangy zest
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste Adjust to taste
  • Fresh Cilantro For garnishing
  • Sesame Seeds For garnishing

Instructions

Preparation

  • Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chili paste in a bowl. Whisk until the honey dissolves completely.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or zip-lock bag, pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the wings on the grill, cooking each side for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

For the best flavor infusion, marinate the chicken wings overnight. Maintain a consistent grill temperature and avoid overcrowding the grill to ensure even cooking. Serve these delectable wings with a side of fresh cucumber slices and a sprinkle of cilantro and sesame seeds for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
