Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Tenders

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil For spraying or drizzling on tenders

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut chicken into even strips.
  • In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each strip in egg, then press into the breadcrumb mix to coat well.
  • Place each coated strip on a lined baking sheet.
  • Spray or drizzle oil on top so they get brown and crisp.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the coating is golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, BBQ sauce, honey mustard, or ranch. Add a side of salad, steamed veggies, or fries. For a kid’s plate, add carrot sticks and apple slices.
