  • 500 ml Whipped Cream Ensure it’s perfectly whipped for an airy texture.
  • 10 grams Gelatin Follow package instructions for dissolving.
  • 100 grams Sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Adds depth to the dessert.
  • 200 grams Ladyfingers Used as the base for the dessert.
  • 50 grams White Chocolate (Optional) For garnish, consider using shavings.

Preparation

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into thin pieces and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  • Dissolve the gelatin according to package instructions and combine it with the whipped cream, mixing gently.
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract to the cream-gelatin mixture and adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • In a suitable mold, start with a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of strawberries, and then a layer of the cream mixture. Continue layering until the mold is filled.
  • Allow your Strawberry Pavé to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results.

Notes

Garnish the pavé with white chocolate shavings, fresh strawberries, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving. Always serve chilled for a refreshing experience.
