  • 3 cups 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups 1 1/2 cups Snickers candy bars, chopped
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the semisweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  • In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in the sweetened condensed milk and pure vanilla extract.
  • Combine the melted butter mixture with the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Snickers candy bars and roasted peanuts.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Chilling

  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and let the fudge set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm to the touch.

Serving

  • Once set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift the fudge out of the pan.
  • Slice into small squares or bars and serve.
  • Store any remaining fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
