Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 4 large Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Bell peppers Any color
  • 1/2 head Cabbage Chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery Chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced

Spices and Herbs

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Basil

Preparation

  • Chop all the vegetables including tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, cabbage, celery, carrots, and garlic.

Cooking

  • In a large pot, add all the chopped vegetables and enough water to cover them.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Add spices and herbs, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spices and ingredients to match your taste preferences. You can also add lean proteins like chicken or tofu if desired.
