  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 2 pounds beef back ribs Ensure ribs are fully immersed in the sauce.

Preparation

  • In your slow cooker, combine water, ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, vinegar, prepared mustard, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

Cooking

  • Place the beef back ribs into the slow cooker, ensuring they are fully immersed in the sauce. Gently stir to coat.
  • Set the slow cooker to 'Low' and cover. Cook for 8 hours.

Serving

  • After 8 hours, remove the lid and enjoy the aroma. Serve the tender ribs with your favorite sides.
