Dressing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with sour cream.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced green cabbage, diced ham, red bell pepper, chopped red onion, and fresh parsley.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare the salad dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage and ham mixture.
  • Toss the ingredients gently to coat them evenly with the dressing.
  • Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving
