Ingredients
  

Vegetable Base

  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • to taste Salt Use according to preference
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 cup milk

Additional Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Oil For brushing and shaping
  • Chopped veggies of your preference Use any combination of vegetables you like

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add the boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and milk. Grind these ingredients together until they are well combined.
  • Add the chopped veggies of your preference to the mixture and sprinkle in the baking powder. Mix well.
  • Stir in 1 cup of wheat flour and continue to mix until you have a soft and slightly sticky dough.

Cooking

  • Brush a pan with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Apply a little oil to your hands to prevent sticking, then shape the mixture into circles or patties.
  • Cook each side of the roastie for 4-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
