Marinade

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Will create a foaming reaction.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt For seasoning.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Slice the pork spareribs into individual pieces.

Marinade

  • In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, distilled white vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic.
  • Stir the mixture until honey and sugar are completely dissolved, observing the foaming due to baking soda.

Coating

  • Transfer the sliced ribs to the marinade and coat them well.

Baking

  • Cover a cookie sheet with foil and arrange the marinated ribs on it, meat-side up.
  • Pour any excess marinade over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Bake for approximately 1 hour, turning the ribs every 20 minutes for even cooking.

Serving

  • Remove the ribs from the oven when cooked and glazed. Serve hot and enjoy!
