Ingredients
  

For the Biscuit

  • 2 eggs 2 eggs
  • 250 g 250g (1 1/4 cups) sugar Granulated sugar
  • 280 ml 280ml (1 1/5 cups) milk Whole milk
  • 60 ml 60ml (1/2 cup) oil Vegetable oil
  • 60 g 60g (1/2 cup) butter Unsalted butter, melted
  • 240 g 240g (2 cups) cake flour Cake flour
  • 55 g 55g (1/3 cup) cocoa Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 10 g 10g (2 teaspoons) baking soda
  • 3 g 3g (1/3 teaspoon) salt
  • 12 ml 12ml (0.06 cups) vinegar White vinegar

For the Filling

  • 340 ml 340ml (1 1/3 cups) whipping cream
  • 120 g 120g (1 cup) dark chocolate Chopped dark chocolate

For the Glaze

  • 80 g 80g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate Chopped dark chocolate
  • 100 ml 100ml (2/5 cup) hot whipped cream

For Decoration

  • Chocolate Sprinkles As needed for decoration

Instructions
 

Preparing the Filling

  • In a bowl, place the hot whipping cream over the dark chocolate.
  • Mix them together until well combined.
  • Whip the cream and incorporate the chocolate mixture. Set it aside for later.

Making the Biscuits

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Mix these dry ingredients.
  • Pour in the milk and oil, then add the butter and eggs.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly.
  • Add the vinegar and mix it gently.
  • Pour the batter into a springform pan.
  • Bake the cake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  • Once baked, cut the biscuit into three equal parts.

Assembling the Cake

  • In a springform pan, place one layer of the biscuit.
  • Spread a portion of the filling over the biscuit.
  • Repeat this process three times.
  • Save some filling for later use.
  • Refrigerate the cake for some time to set.

Preparing the Glaze

  • In a bowl, add the hot whipped cream to the dark chocolate.
  • Mix them until you have a smooth glaze.
  • Pour this glaze over the cake.
  • After a while, remove the cake from the pan.
  • Spread the saved filling on the sides of the cake.
  • Add chocolate sprinkles to the sides for decoration.

Serving and Enjoying

  • Cut the cake into slices.
