Ingredients
  

For the Biscuit Dough

  • 100 g margarine or butter Room temperature
  • 1 unit egg Preferably room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 unit vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla extract Use either for flavor

For the Filling

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 bag whipped cream For whipping

For the Topping

  • 80 g melted chocolate For drizzling

Preparation

  • Beat the egg and sugar into the room-temperature margarine or butter until creamy.
  • Add liquid milk and mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
  • Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bag for easy shaping.
  • Preheat your oven to 170C (340F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Squeeze the mixture onto the tray, creating shapes.
  • Bake for approximately 8 minutes in the preheated oven.

Filling Assembly

  • Whip up the filling by blending whipped cream with cold milk.
  • Spread the whipped cream mixture between the baked biscuits.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the biscuits.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for best results. Experiment with shapes and additions like nuts or dried fruits.
