Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Nutella, coconut flour, and maple syrup. Mix until you have a thick, creamy dough.
  • Line a large plate with parchment paper.
  • Using your hands, form small balls from the dough and place them on the parchment-lined plate.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Coating

  • Melt the chocolate until smooth and velvety.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Return the chocolate-coated truffles to the parchment-lined plate and refrigerate to firm up.

Notes

Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness. Experiment with additional ingredients like chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
