Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350F (175C).
  • Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
  • Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over both sides of the tortillas.
  • Drape each tortilla over the bars of the oven rack to form a taco shell shape.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Making the Filling

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each taco shell.
  • Top with cherry pie filling, dividing it evenly.
