  • 2 cups Sugar Granulated sugar
  • 7 oz Marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
  • 12 oz Creamy peanut butter For best results, use a good quality brand
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk

Preparation

  • Butter a small Pyrex dish or an 8x8 baking dish and set it aside.

Cooking

  • In a medium non-stick saucepan, combine the whole milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Continue to boil the mixture for approximately three minutes while stirring constantly.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the creamy peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Stir vigorously until smooth.

Setting

  • Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the buttered baking dish using a spatula.
  • Allow the fudge to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, transfer to the refrigerator to set for a few hours.

Serving

  • Once set, cut the fudge into squares or rectangles and enjoy.
