Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping

For the Lemon Layer

  • 1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

For the Topping

  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest For garnish

Preparation

  • Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Whisk the instant lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.

Assembly

  • Layer the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Spread the lemon pudding mix over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with whipped topping to finish the layers.
  • Sprinkle fresh lemon zest over the top for garnish.

Chilling

  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set.

Serving

  • Slice and serve the chilled Lemon Lush Lasagna.

Notes
