  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter For melting with chocolate

Creating the Base

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, and creamy peanut butter. Stir until well combined.

Crafting the Tantalizing Topping

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, additional creamy peanut butter, and unsalted butter together. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth and fully melted.

Assembling the Buckeye Bars

  • Press the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, creating an even base layer.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base, spreading it evenly.
  • Refrigerate the Buckeye Bars for about 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
