- 4 large flour tortillas Whole wheat options can be used for a healthier choice.
- Optional: sliced deli meats (such as turkey or ham) For added protein.
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional) Use herbs like parsley or dill for freshness.
Instructions
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Beat until thoroughly blended and creamy.
- Fold in the finely chopped vegetables and shredded cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Take one flour tortilla and place it flat on a clean cutting board.
- Spread ¼ of the cream cheese mixture over the surface of the tortilla, leaving about a ½ inch border around the edges.
- Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly to form a log shape.
- Repeat steps 3 to 5 for the remaining tortillas, spreading the mixture evenly on each.
- Once all the tortillas are rolled, wrap each log in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1 inch thick. Arrange them on a serving platter and garnish.
Notes
