Ham and Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels

- 4 large large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Allow to soften at room temperature for easier spreading.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced deli ham Feel free to adjust the quantity based on your preference.
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (or any leafy greens)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper To taste

Preparation
- In a medium bowl, let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes until soft.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the softened cream cheese. Mix everything thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Take one flour tortilla and lay it flat on a clean cutting board or plate. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a bit of space at the edges.
- Place slices of deli ham evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Add a layer of fresh spinach leaves on top of the ham.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Once the tortilla is rolled up, use a sharp knife to slice it into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve. They can be enjoyed immediately or chilled in the refrigerator for later.
Notes
For perfect results, allow the cream cheese to soften, experiment with different types of tortillas, chill before serving, and cut equally sized slices for presentation. You can also customize the filling with your favorite spices and add-ins.
