Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large large chicken breasts (about 1 pound), cooked and sliced
  • 6 slices slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cooking the Bacon

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into bite-sized pieces.

Preparing the Chicken

  • If not precooked, season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook in the same skillet over medium-high heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Slice into thin strips.

Assembling the Wrap

  • Lay one tortilla on a flat surface. Add a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, top with sliced chicken and crumbled bacon.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to avoid spilling.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Slice wraps in half diagonally and garnish with cherry tomatoes and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Marinate chicken for additional flavor, warm tortillas for crunch. Experiment with different greens and dressings to suit your taste.
