Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)
  • Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish Optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

Coating and Baking

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the seasoning mix and toss until each wing is thoroughly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wings over and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  • After flipping, sprinkle the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wings.

Serving

  • Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, consider broiling the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
