  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Customize with other cheeses for a twist.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or lightly coat it with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  • Sprinkle both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses generously over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Optionally, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a crispier top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider mixing in sautéed vegetables or substituting proteins. Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate.
