Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Crust

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach Fresh spinach is preferred for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Toppings

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers Any color can be used.
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Fresh basil For garnish (optional).

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until combined.
  • Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper. Transfer the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly to form a round crust, about 1/2 inch thick, with a slight ridge around the edges.

Baking

  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove the crust and spread the pizza sauce evenly over it, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle additional shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then add desired toppings: bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, or any other vegetables.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven, cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil if desired, then slice and serve while hot.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor. Chill the chicken mixture for 30 minutes before shaping if time allows for better structure.
