  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken or boiled chicken breasts.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled More bacon can be added for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook and shred your chicken if not already done.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese until creamy.
  • Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly with a light golden color.
  • Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serving

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
