Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue to mix until everything is well incorporated.

Fold in the Whipped Topping

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  • Be careful not to over-mix to maintain fluffiness.

Incorporate the Cherry Pie Filling

  • Gradually add the cherry pie filling to the whipped cream mixture.
  • Gently fold it in to keep the beautiful pink color.

Add Marshmallows

  • Once the cherry filling is incorporated, add the mini marshmallows and fold them in gently.

Create Layers

  • In a large serving bowl, layer the bottom with graham cracker crumbs.
  • Pour half of the Cherry Cheesecake Fluff mixture over the graham cracker layer, smoothing it out.
  • Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top, followed by the remaining fluff, smoothing the final layer.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with fresh cherries if desired.

Notes

Allowing the salad to chill for several hours enhances the flavors. Best enjoyed within the first couple of days for freshness.
