Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pickles, mayonnaise, dill, and shredded cheese.
  • Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. If the salad seems dry after storing, add a little more mayonnaise to restore creaminess. For added texture, choose pasta shapes like rotini or penne.
