  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil if desired. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt the butter, then stir in minced garlic, cooking for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Slowly pour in the cream while stirring. Mix well and let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly, adding a pinch of salt if needed.

Serving

  • Return the seared chicken to the skillet and coat it in the creamy garlic sauce. Cook together for an additional 1-2 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve over rice or alongside mashed potatoes. Pair with vegetables like broccoli or green beans. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley for added color.
