Ingredients
  

For the bowl

  • 1 lb steak Choose flank or sirloin for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup rice Follow package instructions for cooking.
  • 1/2 cup corn Fresh or canned corn works.
  • 1/2 piece avocado Sliced or cubed.
  • to taste chipotle sauce Drizzle on top for extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Cook the steak to your desired level of doneness.
  • While the steak is cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  • Once the steak and rice are ready, layer them in a bowl. Start with rice, then add slices of steak, followed by corn and avocado.
  • Drizzle chipotle sauce on top for an extra kick of flavor.

Serving

  • Serve the Chipotle Steak Bowl immediately after preparing it. Allow everyone to customize their bowls.

Storing

  • If you have leftovers, store each component separately in airtight containers. They should stay fresh in the fridge for up to three days.
  • Reheat the steak and rice in the microwave and add fresh toppings when ready to eat.

Notes

Consider using pre-cooked rice or microwaveable rice packets to save time. You can also easily make a vegetarian version by replacing steak with grilled vegetables or tofu. Customize with beans, cheese, or salsa if desired.
