  • 2 slices slices of bread Use fresh bread for best taste.
  • 2 tbsp butter Butter the bread for grilling.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Use shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese Use shredded mozzarella cheese.

Preparation

  • Butter the bread on one side of each slice.

Assembly

  • Place both cheeses between the slices of bread, buttered side out.

Cooking

  • Grill the sandwich in a pan over medium heat until it is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Slice the sandwich in half and serve hot.

Notes
