  • Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  • Repeat the layers of crackers and pudding mixture until you run out of ingredients.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to set.

Serving

  • Cut the Peanut Butter Eclair Cake into squares.
  • You can add more chocolate syrup on top and maybe some crushed nuts for extra crunch.
  • Serve chilled, and enjoy the layers of flavor!

Storage

  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator, covered to avoid absorbing other flavors.
  • The cake will stay fresh for up to 3 days.

Notes

Make sure your pudding is well mixed to avoid lumps. For an extra kick, consider adding chopped peanuts or shredded coconut between the layers. You can switch up the flavors by using chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for a richer flavor or add a banana layer for added fruitiness.
