  • 1/4 cup mayo Adjust for creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard Use yellow, Dijon, or spicy brown.
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce Adjust to taste for spice.

Preparation

  • Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled (about 9-12 minutes).
  • Once they are cool, peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  • Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Mix the yolks with the mayo, mustard, and hot sauce until creamy.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top for a nice presentation and added flavor.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best eaten within two days, but can last up to a week.
