Ingredients
  

For the Cake

  • 1 box cake mix Any flavor, preferably yellow or white
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted

For the Topping

  • 1 cup peaches Fresh or canned, sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Packed

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Add the peaches and brown sugar to the bottom of your baking pan.
  • Pour the cake batter from the box over the peaches and sugar mixture.

Baking

  • Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
  • Once baked, flip the cake upside down onto a serving plate and enjoy.

Notes

Serve the cake warm or at room temperature. It pairs well with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. To store, cover with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
