  • 3 cups blueberries Fresh blueberries preferred, can use frozen.
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter Melted, for mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Add the blueberries to a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, melted butter, and vanilla to create the batter.
  • Pour the batter over the blueberries in the dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and sprinkle with powdered sugar for added sweetness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat individual servings in the microwave or cover with foil and heat in the oven at a low temperature.
