  • 2 tbsp butter For pan-searing.
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Lemon juice For finishing and flavor enhancement.

Preparation

  • Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning and garlic powder on both sides to ensure they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • In a pan, heat the butter over medium-high heat until it melts and starts to foam.
  • Sear the salmon fillets in the pan for 3–4 minutes on each side, until the salmon is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Finish the dish with a squeeze of lemon juice to add brightness before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the Cajun Salmon Fillet in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat to prevent drying out.
