Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1 cup mixed berry jam

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Mix dry ingredients: Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
  • Cut in butter: Add cubed butter and mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
  • Press into the pan: Spread half the crumbs into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Spread berry jam: Distribute jam evenly over the base
  • Sprinkle remaining crumbs: Cover the jam with the rest of the crumb mixture
