Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Chop fresh spinach and drain artichokes
  • Add spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan to slow cooker
  • Stir until well combined
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours
  • Stir halfway through cooking and again before serving

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth blending
Add garlic powder or diced onions for extra flavor
Substitute Greek yogurt for a healthier option
