Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces pasta (your choice of shape)
  • 4 strips halal bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  • Prepare the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the halal bacon until crispy. Place on paper towels to drain, then chop.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cooled pasta, chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
  • Chill the Salad: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use shell or fusilli pasta for texture variation.
