Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • Half cup coconut milk
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • Ice (as needed, optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice to the blender and pulse briefly for a thicker texture (optional).
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top.
  • Insert sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • To serve, dip the molds in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the pops before removing.

Use ripe fresh pineapple for the best flavor.
