Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the eggs, mozzarella, cheddar, and salt. Mix until well coated
  • Grease a pie pan with cooking spray or olive oil. Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom and up the sides to form a pie crust
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the spaghetti crust, spreading it evenly with a spoon
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm

Notes

For added nutrition, mix in sautéed spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms with the spaghetti mixture.
Feel free to substitute mozzarella and cheddar with other cheeses like gouda or pepper jack for unique flavor profiles.
Sprinkle additional grated cheese on top before baking for a richer finish.
