Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  • Arrange chocolate wafer cookies at the bottom of a rectangular or square dish, forming a solid layer.
  • Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  • Add an even layer of sliced strawberries over the whipped cream.
  • Lightly dust cocoa powder over the strawberries.
  • Repeat layers ending with a top layer of whipped cream and cocoa dusting.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).

Notes

Use cold whipped cream for optimal volume
Adjust sugar to taste (up to 1/3 cup)
Let strawberries sit after slicing to enhance flavor
Dark chocolate wafers add extra richness
For gluten-free option, use certified gluten-free wafers
